About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Requirements Analyst to join our team at Arηs. As a key member of our Business Analysis service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and propose the approach for the analysis activities, aligning with our company's strategies.
- Plan and execute analysis activities, establishing the contribution of technology to business objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies, produce business models, and prepare business cases to support solution development and implementation.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior analysts, ensuring the cohesion and coherence of the Requirements Package.
- Perform requirements elicitation, gathering, and specification, identifying clear and qualified requirements from unstructured information.
- Organize, trace, prioritize, and model requirements, drafting IT software requirements and building up requirements packages.
- Verify and validate requirement packages with stakeholders, maintaining up-to-date requirements and system documentation.
- Promote requirements reuse, assess Requests for Change (RfC), and recommend actions to increase the value of solutions.
- Participate in internal workshops and European networks to analyze, discuss, and propose improvements to processes and systems.
- Design and produce high-quality presentations, project documentation, and reports in English.
- Conduct and support User Acceptance Tests (UATs), developing Business Test Scenarios for stakeholders.
- Provide training to support roll-out, communicate the impact of changes to stakeholders, and support other teams in charge of architecture, development, quality assurance, and control.
- Contribute to defining quality standards in functional documentation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate the Business Analysis service and reporting activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of full-time professional experience in IT activities, with 4 years specialized in requirements analysis.
- Proven experience as an analyst of IT systems, analyzing, eliciting, gathering, and drafting clear and implementable requirements.
- Experience in requirements analysis and Business Process Modelling (BPM), practical experience in the use of requirements management tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical mindset, with the ability to propose solutions aligned with our company's strategies.
- Fast learner, able to take up analysis tasks quickly in a new domain, responsible, self-organized, and able to work to tight deadlines proactively in a team.
- Excellent communication, interaction, and team worker skills, with the ability to moderate discussions and negotiate effectively to resolve differences.
- Customer-focused, with knowledge and effective use of modelling tools, requirements management tools, and other productivity tools.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools and a university degree in the IT field, with excellent command of written and oral English (C1).
