About the Role

The Digital Sales Development team at SAP is responsible for guiding and influencing customers to take informed decisions in the early stages of their digital transformation journey. As a Digital Sales Development Associate, you will work with a team focused on sourcing and nurturing demand to grow SAP's Cloud ERP & LoB footprint in various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate new pipeline and accelerate existing pipeline through programmatic recycled and reconstituted nurturing.
  2. Nurture leads received from other demand generation functions and progress stalled pipeline.
  3. Plan and execute call and e-mail activities to generate leads using the most efficient means.
  4. Support and cooperate with Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing, Solution Specialists, and Account Executives.
  5. Align with Sales colleagues for most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market.
  6. Generate and qualify leads through proper means in alignment with management.
  7. Pass qualified leads to Sales resource for opportunity management and execution.
  8. Regularly review lead pipeline and progression, providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.
  • Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer facing experience, phone-centric work.
  • High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM/ Contact Management System.
  • Fluency in English and Romanian required.
  • Fluency in any other regional language preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
