Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with native-level proficiency in French to join our team at Advantage Consultores. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by actively engaging with potential clients and other industry professionals.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote and develop relationships that lead to product specifications and sales. You will generate qualified leads for the sales team and provide valuable support by delivering detailed specifications.

This position requires a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and creating leads that will be handed over to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Target Potential Customers: Utilize your sales expertise to identify potential customers and develop strategies to engage with them.
  • Establish and Maintain Strong Relationships with Clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Creation of Leads: Create warm leads that will be handed over to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Sending Brochures/Price Books: Send relevant brochures and price books to leads and customers.
  • Data Quality Management: Ensure high levels of data quality in our CRM system.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline by filling our CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Events Lead Management: Manage leads generated from events and ensure timely follow-up.
Support
  • Creation of IPI Specifications: Create detailed specifications for products and services.
  • Creation of Opportunities in CRM: Create opportunities in our CRM system to track sales progress.
  • Creation of New Customer Accounts: Create new customer accounts in our CRM system.
  • Opportunity Management: Manage sales opportunities from lead to close.
Requirements
  • Higher Education: A higher education degree, university degree, or vocational training is required.
  • Experience: More than 5 years of previous experience in a customer service department is required.
  • Languages: Native French language skills are required, with fluency in English and Spanish also preferred.
