Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with native-level proficiency in French to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative with French, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by actively engaging with potential clients and other industry professionals.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote and develop relationships that lead to product specifications and sales. You will generate qualified leads for the sales team and provide valuable support by delivering detailed specifications.

This position requires a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and creating leads that will be handed over to the sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential customers in the French-speaking market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote and develop business opportunities.
  • Create leads (warm leads to be handed over to Sales) and provide detailed specifications to support sales efforts.
  • Send brochures/price books to leads/customers and ensure high levels of data quality in our CRM system.
  • Manage pipeline and fill in our CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage events lead management and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
Support
  • Create IPI specifications to support sales efforts.
  • Create opportunities in our CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create new customer accounts in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Manage opportunities and ensure timely follow-up with leads.

Experience and Education
  • Higher education, either higher degree, university or vocational training.
  • More than 5 years of previous experience in the Customer Service department.

  • Native French.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
