Position:

Inside Sales Representative

Location: Barcelona, Spain (On-site)

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive sales growth.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work on-site in Barcelona, Spain.
