Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with native-level proficiency in French to join our team at Advantage Consultores. As an Inside Sales Representative with French, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by actively engaging with potential clients and other industry professionals.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote and develop relationships that lead to product specifications and sales. You will generate qualified leads for the sales team and provide valuable support by delivering detailed specifications.

This position requires a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a native-level proficiency in French, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential customers in the French-speaking market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote and develop business opportunities.
  • Creation of leads (warm leads to be handed over to Sales) and pipeline management.
  • Sending brochures/price books to leads/customers and maintaining high levels of Data Quality in MyXRM.
  • Events lead management and opportunity creation.
Support
  • Creation of IPI Specifications and Opportunities in My-XRM.
  • Creation of New customer accounts in MyXRM and opportunity management.
Requirements
  • Higher education, either higher degree, university or vocational training.
  • More than 5 years of previous experience in the Customer Service department.
  • Native French language skills and fluency in English and Spanish.
