About the RoleWe are seeking a results-oriented executive with a proven track record of managing high-performance teams and driving strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on motivating and empowering teams to achieve results, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Execution: Direct and coordinate various departments to ensure alignment with global strategies and achievement of organizational objectives.
- Profitability Improvement: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability over the medium and long term, focusing on growth and comparable results.
- Digital Transformation: Lead the digitization of processes and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency using tools like BI, PBI, Analytics, and efficient inventory management systems.
- Growth Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, investment, and expansion, and assess the needs for business projection and expansion.
- Investor Relations: Manage relations with investors and shareholders, communicating organizational goals and achievements effectively.
- Economic Assessment: Provide economic assessments and strategic plans for various commercial development ideas and projects.
- Compliance and Optimization: Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations, focusing on tax and commercial optimization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across public, institutional, and private sectors.

- Financial Acumen: Strong financial knowledge with experience in coordinating support areas.
- International Experience: Comfort working in an international and multicultural environment.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English with high-level negotiation skills.
- Industry Experience: Experience in a fine dining restaurant environment is a plus.
