About the Role

Mammoet is a global leader in heavy lifting and transport solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing our sales strategy for the region, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, working closely with our engineering and operations teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales plans, targets, and strategies for the region.
  • Participate in the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, and provide regular updates and insights to our leadership team.
  • Collaborate with our tendering and negotiation teams to prepare and submit high-quality proposals and bids.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial discipline.
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the heavy lift sector.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of logistics processes.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work in an international environment, with different cultures and languages.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for short periods.
