Country Manager for French Market Expansion

Our client, a leading e-commerce platform in continental Europe, is seeking a highly skilled Country Manager to lead their French market expansion. As a key member of the International Business unit, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in France and collaborating with the Marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive market growth strategy for France, including pricing, assortment, brand awareness, and shop visibility.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Work closely with the Brand, Online Marketing, Logistics, Products, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution of market growth initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the French online shop is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct market and competition analyses to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Good university degree in business management or comparable degree.
- 3+ years of e-commerce experience and/or online marketing, with a proven track record of building convincing business cases.
- Very good knowledge of the French online market and culture.
- Native speaker competence in French and fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
