Job Title: Retention Manager - French Market

We are seeking a highly skilled Retention Manager to join our EMEA Telesales and Client Management organization in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for retaining small and medium key merchants and ensuring business continuation across markets and lines of business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Retain merchants and collect missing Know Your Customer documentation and information from high-value merchants to avoid cancellation.
  • Assess account documentation and ensure compliance and control.
  • Retain volumes and revenues through effective client relationship management.
  • Share best practices and provide team support.
Requirements:
  • Native French speaker with in-depth knowledge of the country and market landscape.
  • Experience in client relationship management over the phone and KYC/AML checks.
  • Compliance knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities to achieve goals.
  • Accountability and ownership, with a high level of determination and self-confidence.
  • English speaker (basic), Spanish is a plus.
