Job Description

Main Responsibilities
  • Retain key merchants in the French market, focusing on account retention and business continuation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account management and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Native French speaker with in-depth knowledge of the French market and culture.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, with a focus on retention and growth.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
