Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Bitpanda, you will be responsible for spearheading retention initiatives to maximize customer loyalty and lifetime value. Your mission is to enhance the homepage experience and promote timely, relevant assets, leveraging data-driven insights to personalize the asset discovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new products and features within the Bitpanda ecosystem, targeting our Trading Community.
  • Lead projects from the strategic business side and be responsible for the full product lifecycle from idea to delivery.
  • Reevaluate existing products and create new innovative strategies.
  • Coordinate project work-plans, assuring budgets & deliverables.
  • Closely collaborate with all internal departments and external vendors.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, regulatory compliance, security, and scalability.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience within a fintech environment with a proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau or Qlikview.
  • Knowledge of building and driving adoption of new tools.
