About the Role

The Strategic Program Senior Manager will play a key role in driving Criteo's transformation by managing transversal, strategic, and impactful projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's development and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive discussions with senior business stakeholders to define and steer key projects within the company's roadmap.
  • Direct and implement complex program scoping and problem-solving through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Formalize strategic program recommendations and implementation plans with clear milestones, objectives, and timelines.
  • Lead and communicate efficiently with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Ensure day-to-day management of the program and track progress against plan.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to build trusted relationships and understand their priorities.
  • Effectively handle priorities, balancing stakeholders' needs across multiple programs.
  • Ensure proper monitoring and reporting to program sponsors.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of Criteo's strategy and business dynamics.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional or operational projects within Criteo.
  • Strong belief in the need for transformation and understanding of its benefits.
