Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement reporting and analytics projects using leading BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data insights to inform business strategies.
- 4+ years of experience in requirement engineering and understanding of user needs.
- 2+ years of experience in project management utilizing agile management tools like Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar solutions.
- 2+ years of experience in various reporting, analytics, or data management projects.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a relevant field.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
