We eliminate the traditional barriers of long-term leases, security deposits, and broker fees, providing our clients with the flexibility to establish their homes wherever they desire.
Supported by leading Venture Capital firms in Europe, this year is pivotal for our growth. We aim to strengthen our team, solidify our position in existing markets, and explore new opportunities. Recognized among the top 10 startups in Spain, we have successfully secured a Series A funding round of €27 million to accelerate our expansion throughout Western Europe.

Role Overview |We are looking for a seasoned and motivated Sales Director to lead our sales initiatives from our headquarters. Your primary objective will be to elevate our business through the development and execution of effective sales strategies aimed at achieving substantial revenue growth.
You will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with clients, enhancing Ukio's reputation within the industry.
Key Responsibilities |- Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve or surpass revenue goals and business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team across B2C, B2B, and Key Account Management.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners, negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to optimize performance and career advancement.
- Set clear sales targets, quotas, and KPIs for the team, ensuring they are consistently met.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards, providing updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure the successful implementation of sales initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Participate in industry events to enhance Ukio's visibility and foster relationships.
- Knowledge of the real estate and relocation sectors is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading sales teams in the digital sector or telemarketing.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is preferred.
- An existing network within the relocation sector would be beneficial.
- A proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Proficiency in Hubspot is a plus.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with change.
- Confident in working within cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
