Role Overview |We are looking for a seasoned and motivated Sales Director to lead our sales initiatives from our headquarters. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and enhancing our market position.
Your primary responsibility will be to formulate and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring the achievement of our business objectives. You will cultivate strong relationships with clients, enhancing Ukio's reputation within the industry.
Key Responsibilities |- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass revenue goals.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team across various segments.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners, negotiating favorable agreements.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel to optimize performance and career advancement.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the team meets or exceeds expectations.
- Analyze market dynamics and customer preferences to uncover new business opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive sales reports and provide insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of sales plans.
- Uphold company policies and ethical standards in all dealings.
- Participate in industry events to enhance Ukio's visibility and network.
- Familiarity with the real estate or relocation sectors is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience leading sales teams in the digital or telemarketing sectors.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- A strong network within the relocation sector is beneficial.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Proficiency in Hubspot is advantageous.
