Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert support and maintenance for our cloud-based applications, including Salesforce, FenX, Atlassian suite, and other technical applications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve technical issues and tickets from our user base, including advanced user queries, data updates, and simple configuration.
- Manage connected applications and plugins, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Identify common problems and themes that could be resolved by development work, collaborating with our development teams to implement changes.
- Maintain and promote data quality, ensuring all applications are up to date and optimized.
- Perform regular application reviews and audits with our Internal Security and Audit Teams.
- Review application roadmaps, monitor new features, and analyze their suitability for our business.
- Promote new features through training sessions, blogs, and pre-recorded videos.
- Create and maintain a knowledge base, promoting self-service in our user base.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical service environment, either Service Desk or Application Support.
- Process-driven and diligent, with a strong focus on service delivery.
- Good level of understanding of cloud technologies, including Google's Workspace suite of applications and products.
- Experience with ZenDesk and/or Jira or other ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Direct experience on Salesforce or similar CRM is an advantage.
- Salesforce ADM201 certification is an advantage, but not essential.
- English and Spanish language proficiency.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, with the ability to remain calm and find solutions or workarounds for complex problems.
- Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, prioritizing incidents and tickets effectively.
- Pro-activity and a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
