Ebury, a leading FinTech firm, is seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to join its team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve technical issues related to our cloud applications, including Salesforce, FenX, and Atlassian suite.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement solutions to common problems and themes.
  • Work closely with the Internal Security and Audit Teams to maintain and promote data quality.
  • Ensure all applications are up-to-date and optimized for maximum performance.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base to support self-service initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical service environment, preferably in a cloud-based application support role.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and experience with Google's Workspace suite of applications is an advantage.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as ZenDesk and/or Jira, is also an advantage.
  • English and Spanish language proficiency is required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

  • Pro-activity and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations are key characteristics for this role.
