Administrative Assistant to the Director

BlueLeaders is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team in A Coruña. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Director and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Director and other team members.
- Manage the Director's calendar, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
