Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in La Coruña, Spain. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing store team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Support the Store Manager in delivering sales targets and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
- Lead Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, payroll, and administrative tasks.
- Develop and Motivate Team: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Run reports and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to drive growth.
- Represent the Brand: Ensure that the store is visually appealing and that all employees are representing the Levi Strauss & Co. brand image and values.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and developing a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Sales and Customer Service: Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Operational Management: Experience in managing store operations, including stock management, payroll, and administrative tasks.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
