Trade Assistant

We are seeking a Trade Assistant - Galicia to join our team in Galicia, Spain. As a Trade Assistant, you will be responsible for standardizing plant requirements, negotiating freight costs, and centralizing call-offs and complaints.

• Standardize all plant requirements for loading and create a database of customer logistics requirements.
• Negotiate freight costs with customers in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• Centralize all call-offs and complaints from the three plants.
• Accommodate call-offs per plant according to refinery planning.
• Forecast monthly needs aligned to refinery utilization and sales program forecast.
• Manage customer pricing and contracts.
• Follow up on receivables to improve working capital performance.
• Continuously improve processes and automate flows using existing ERP systems.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• University degree in business or a related field.
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Spanish and English, with additional languages a plus.
• Customer focus, teamwork, entrepreneurship, results orientation, independence, and ability to influence others.
