Overview

The role involves providing technical support and maintenance for Werfen's instrument systems.

Position Summary

Under the guidance of the Service Specialist Manager, the technician will be responsible for executing tasks related to the repair and verification of equipment.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct technical repairs on all designated systems, including updates, preventive maintenance, and enhancements.


• Overhaul and refurbish equipment modules as required.


• Schedule, execute, and document service calls efficiently.


• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members.


• Uphold and promote Werfen's core values, which include:

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Service Specialist Manager and Service Director.

Networking and Key Relationships


• Collaborate with various roles within the service department, including Service Specialist Manager, Service Area Manager, Service Director, Helpline, Field Service Engineer, and Supply Chain.
