About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth through strategic account management, business transformation, and global transformation expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of global transformation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
