About the Role

Qlik is a leading provider of business intelligence and data analytics solutions. We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain large-scale Windows Server infrastructure and critical applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless monitoring and troubleshooting of application components
  • Develop and document efficient processes for server creation, alert responses, and customer support
  • Provide proactive troubleshooting and support for VMware technologies, Tanzu, NSX, Aria vSAN, and vSphere
  • Work closely with customers to resolve production support incidents and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
  • Over 6 years of IT experience, with recent 3+ years in enterprise environments
  • Extensive knowledge of VMware technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Hands-on experience with Veeam, networking concepts, and TCP/IP routing
  • Active participation in infrastructure architecture, with experience in hardware sizing, effort estimation, and security
  • Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux environments, infrastructure-as-code tools, and virtual environments like OpenStack or Nutanix
