About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Coffee King. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with medium to large corporate customers across various sectors.
  • Work closely with colleagues and prospects to develop sales strategies and build relationships.
  • Manage the CRM element of client engagement, building and reporting on the sales pipeline.
  • Report to the CEO on the successes and results of the engagement/pipeline and activity on a weekly basis.
  • Develop a 'pipeline' for success and update data held within both the billing and CRM systems.
  • Become the 'Product Champion' for new products and services, extending the sales portfolio.
  • Keep up to date with our own and supplier terms and product offerings, using that knowledge as a prospecting tool within the client base.
  • Daily engagement with the 'Support Team' and 'Finance Team' to deliver the best technical service to clients while measuring profitability.
  • Prospect by self-driven lead generation activities.
  • Develop customer enquiries and convert to new business sales.
  • Attend industry relevant shows and events to represent the company and build sales from enquiries and interested parties.
Requirements
  • Proven B2B solution-selling track record of providing solutions to SMEs, corporate companies, multi-site companies, and international organizations.
  • Proven track record of growing new business revenues within existing and new opportunities.
  • High professional level of English and Spanish languages.
  • Able to uncover and build an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Develop and deliver proposals and tender documents.
  • Good command of IT skills and able to work with a CRM database.
  • Self-starter with polished business acumen and ability to build a wide and effective network.
  • Experienced, determined, and motivated.
  • Mature and enthusiastic.
  • Reliable and sociable.
  • Team worker.
  • Target and achievement motivated.
  • Confident in using one's own initiative.
  • Able to perform efficiently and effectively under pressure.
