Job Title: Head of Workplace & Facilities Management, EMEA & APAC

At Scopely, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to join our Global Facilities and Real Estate team. This strategic role is at the heart of ensuring our workplace and facilities operations are seamless, efficient, and aligned with Scopely's dynamic and innovative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our hybrid work model, including building space allocation, usage analytics, forecasting, layout, and decor to optimize the workspace.
  • Ensure prompt response to all facilities requests, issues, and complaints, overseeing the optimization of ticketing systems for issue resolution and implementing ongoing programs to address emerging issues.
  • Select, manage, and develop relationships with workplace services contractors and vendors to provide essential services such as lunch catering, snacks, and beverage machines.
  • Manage parking and commuter programs to ensure optimal utilization and adherence, alongside policies such as pet-friendly workplace initiatives.
  • Oversee day porters and cleaning crews to maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained workplace, developing programs to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Act as a liaison between building management and Scopely, ensuring building maintenance and repairs are completed promptly.
  • Manage building access, surveillance, alarms, and security personnel to ensure the safety and security of our workplace.

  • Confidence in giving advice covering a broad range of topics.
  • Ability to manage multiple varied tasks against tight deadlines.
  • Clear strategic thinking, responsible mindset, and orientation toward operational excellence and continuous improvement.
