Job Title: Head Of Digital Workplace

Werfenlife Sa. is a leading company in the diagnostics industry, committed to providing innovative solutions to hospitals and laboratories worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Digital Workplace to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the digital workplace, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the design and deployment of collaboration technologies, device management, cloud storage, and desktop virtualization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and drive the strategic roadmap for digital workplace initiatives.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of digital workplace infrastructure.
  • Foster a customer-oriented culture and promote user-centric design principles.
  • Establish governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to governance policies and address any compliance issues or security vulnerabilities proactively.
  • Champion best practices for virtual collaboration and analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of IT workplace management, leadership responsibilities, and managing teams.
  • Strategic planning, organization design, and development experience.
  • Vendor management and service externalization experience.
  • IT transformational initiatives in complex and dynamic environments experience.
  • Knowledge of collaboration technologies, device deployment & management, cloud storage, Workplace AI, Desktop virtualization, and Enterprise Service Management (ITSM/ITIL).
