About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Digital Workplace and Collaboration to lead our digital transformation journey. As a key member of our IT division, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital workplace strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital workplace strategy aligned with our business objectives.
  • Lead the design and deployment of collaboration technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure successful delivery of digital workplace solutions.
  • Develop and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement in digital workplace capabilities.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in IT workplace management, leadership, and strategic planning. You should have a master's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
