Renew Solutions Sales Specialist

HP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Renew Solutions team. As a Renew Solutions Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through the sale of refurbished devices and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in refurbished devices
  • Utilize expertise to identify new opportunities for customer value and expand existing ones
  • Provide support to account managers and collaborate with pursuit and delivery teams for strategic sales approaches
  • Sell complex IT service solutions to customers on a partnership basis
  • Focus on growing contractual renewals for large accounts
  • Establish professional relationships with clients, including C-level for mid-to-large accounts
  • Nurture and close new solution opportunities that result in incremental orders, revenue, and margins to HP
  • Engage partners effectively to improve win rates and delivery of selective deals
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue & margin quotas
Requirements:
  • University or bachelor's degree; Advanced University or MBA preferred
  • Directly related previous work experience
  • Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quotas
  • Fluency in English and local language
  • Typically, 5+ years of related sales experience
