Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Duties:
    • Foster a culture centered around resident satisfaction and ensure their needs are met.
    • Oversee the management of office operations.
    • Maintain high standards of customer service within the residence team, adhering to established service agreements.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to promote the residence and achieve occupancy goals.
    • Address resident complaints and enforce the residence code of conduct, preparing necessary documentation for escalation.
    • Coordinate room cleaning and maintenance tasks efficiently.
    • Assist in managing the property management system, ensuring accurate data entry.
    • Provide after-hours support as needed to address any issues.
    • Achieve customer satisfaction targets consistently.
    • Supervise maintenance operations, ensuring both planned and reactive tasks are completed.
    • Ensure the residence is always presentable by overseeing housekeeping operations.
    • Implement and uphold Nido Standard Operating Procedures among staff and residents.
    • Work with the central team to organize engaging events for residents.
  • Compliance Responsibilities:
    • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and that staff are well-trained on their responsibilities.
    • Maintain compliance with all contracts and agreements related to residents and stakeholders.
    • Establish monitoring systems to identify and address any incidents that could harm Nido's reputation.
    • Manage university partnership contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Financial Responsibilities:
    • Assist in budget management and occupancy planning alongside the General Manager and Head of Operations.
    • Support the implementation of cost-saving measures and revenue-generating initiatives.
    • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Ensure prompt collection of dues from residents and manage any outstanding debts effectively.
    • Assist in reconciling accounts with bank statements.
