About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategy Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Design Studios division, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management
  • Manage key client relationships and develop strategic account plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design-driven solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to increase client retention and revenue growth.
Client Leadership
  • Lead client-facing teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Measure and report on the impact of go-to-market initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Business Development
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and pitch design-driven solutions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and develop strategic solutions to meet those needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Teaming
  • Lead teams to define engagement objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish the engagement approach.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Provide strategic insights and stakeholder analysis to mid- and senior-level stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Education
  • Bachelor's, master's, or similar degree in design or a field related to communication, such as journalism, marketing, etc.
Experience
  • At least 6 years of experience in a creative multinational company or professional services environment, with 2 or more years of team management experience.
  • Strong experience in key account management and client direction.
  • Excellent understanding of design and design thinking principles and the ability to balance creative quality with delivery expectations.
Skills
  • Excellent English and German language skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
