Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Engineer to join our team at EDP Renewables. As a key member of our Construction Department, you will be responsible for the execution of Solar PV and Onshore Wind Farms projects, from investment memo to commercial operation date.

Main Responsibilities
  • Pre-Construction Management: Develop and manage construction plans, estimates, and schedules to ensure compliance with company business plans and EU&LATAM; E&C; Department requirements.
  • Construction Management: Oversee the construction process, ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance, as well as quality, CAPEX, and schedule targets.
  • Contractor Management: Manage relationships with contractors, including claims, technical assistance, and interface management.

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction management and renewable energy projects.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
