We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Edp Energias De Portugal S.A. in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the execution of Solar PV and Onshore Wind Farms projects, including preparation, planning, and construction phases.
- Ensure compliance with company business plans, EU and LATAM E&C Department requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, setting objectives, responsibilities, performance management, and people development.
- Provide technical support during due diligence processes, site visits, constructability reviews, and engineering processes.
- Represent the company with stakeholders, including agencies and institutions, to reinforce EDPR's reputation and competency in the market.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, preferably in electrical or civil works or similar.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction of onshore wind farms, solar PV, substations, and high-voltage lines.
- Relevant experience in construction of other renewable or equivalent projects in the power sector is a plus.
- Experience working in a large-scale utility and multicultural environment is a plus.
