Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in the execution of Solar PV and Onshore Wind Farms projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction process from Investment Memo to Commercial Operation Date, ensuring compliance with the Company Business Plan and EU&LATAM; E&C; Department requirements.

Main Responsibilities

Pre-Construction Management:

  • Management of the preparation of the construction of the projects from Investment Memo to start of construction, including CapEx estimation and planning.
  • Constructability review of the projects and regular updates of the CapEx estimates and planning.
  • Construction readiness plan, including securing necessary internal and external resources to manage the construction.
  • Facilitate hand over of the projects from Engineering to Construction, including the review of all technical documentation and relevant project documentation.

Construction Management:

  • Management of the construction of the projects from start of construction to Commercial Operation Date, ensuring compliance with the Company Business Plan and EU&LATAM; E&C; Department requirements.
  • Preparation and regular update of the Construction Management Plan, including regular control, follow up and updates of the planning and CapEx.
  • Management of contractors, including claims, ensuring compliance of the contracted terms and conditions.
  • Management of technical assistance and/or specialist services, management of interfaces across contractors, management of changes, and management of administrative work.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in the renewable energy sector.

They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Company Business Plan and EU&LATAM; E&C; Department requirements, and will work closely with the Engineering team to ensure a smooth transition from Investment Memo to Commercial Operation Date.
