Main Responsibilities- Pre-Construction Management: Manage the preparation of construction projects from investment memo to start of construction, including CapEx estimation, planning, and constructability review.
- Construction Management: Oversee the construction of projects from start of construction to Commercial Operation Date, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment, Quality, CAPEX, and Schedule targets.
- Develop and implement Construction Management Plans, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Manage contractors, including claims and compliance with contracted terms and conditions.
- Coordinate technical assistance and specialist services, ensuring seamless project execution.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
