About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Otovo. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing our performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in Portugal and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Paid Media Strategy: Own and develop the overall paid media strategy and day-to-day implementation of campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social.
  2. Optimize Campaign Performance: Analyze and optimize campaign performance across various platforms to balance various KPIs, such as CPA, volume, and ROI.
  3. Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate closely with local and central marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  4. Performance Forecasting and Analysis: Make data-informed decisions to enhance performance marketing strategies.
  5. Test and Learn: Continuously test new creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to meet and surpass target KPIs.

Requirements:

  1. Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English (knowledge of additional languages would be a bonus but not essential).
  2. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, e.g. managing paid media campaigns with a proven track record of enhancing ROAS.
  3. Digital Advertising Platforms: Strong knowledge and experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.
  5. Tools and Technologies: Experience using Looker visualization tools.
  6. Optimization Mindset: Obsessed with optimization - you live and breathe campaign performance data and know exactly what levers to pull when optimizing a campaign against specific KPIs.
  7. Staying Up-to-Date: Desire to stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing.
  8. Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  9. Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
