Key Responsibilities- Enhance our global team within the Service & Support division, focusing on HR Systems, particularly SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Assist HR Key Users and Business Solutions Experts with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Manage incoming error tickets by prioritizing, analyzing, documenting, and processing them efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with specialized departments and both internal and external development teams.
- Conduct training sessions for local support teams as needed.
- Continuously improve support processes and operational efficiency.
- Engage in proactive and reactive problem management to minimize disruptions in HR Systems.
- Act as the primary contact for application support services.
- A degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Professional experience in support roles or IT projects is essential.
- Experience with Support Ticketing Systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP HCM is a plus.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- A strong motivation to learn and adapt to new topics is essential.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on process optimization.
- Enjoyment of collaborative work within an international team.
- A results-driven mindset with adaptability and resourcefulness.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices is beneficial.
