We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Service & Support Specialist to join our international team at Schwarz Dienstleistung KG in Barcelona. As a key member of our Service & Support department, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our HR Keyusers and HR Business Solutions Experts colleagues from Lidl, Kaufland, and other companies within the Schwarz Group.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, prioritizing, analyzing, documenting, and processing incoming error tickets. You will also work closely with specialist departments and internal and external development departments to ensure seamless support processes and operations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to train local support departments with specially created training sessions and continuously optimize support processes and operations. Your proactive and reactive problem management skills will be essential in avoiding long-term disruptions in HR Systems.

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset, networked thinking, and an affinity for process optimization. If you have a passion for technology and enjoy working in an international team, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • Desired university degree in Information Technology or similar
  • Professional experience in Support tasks or IT projects
  • Knowledge in SAP HCM is a plus
  • Fluent English and German
  • Strong analytical skills, networked thinking, and an affinity for process optimization
  • Results-oriented and adaptable
