**The Celonis Value Engineering Team**

The Celonis Value Engineering (VE) team is focused on managing the entire customer value lifecycle, from sales through value realization, renewal, and expansion. As the Director of Value Engineering for Global Programs, you will oversee our new graduate program (Orbit) and work closely with the global Orbit management team.

**The Role**

Orbit is a dedicated onboarding program that takes early career professionals to field-ready Value Engineers in less than two years. This cohort-style program develops expertise across the Celonis value journey, focusing on learning the technology, sales cycle, business processes, value realization, renewal process, and customer engagement best practices.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and manage the overall structure, development, and budget of the Orbit program
  • Recruit and develop new leaders and individuals through hands-on engagement, continuous feedback, and active mentorship
  • Develop world-class talent with a balanced skill set, including quantitative, technical, business, process, and sales acumen
  • Effectively allocate Celonis resources to deliver on company sales, renewals, value, and adoption targets
  • Communicate success and risks proactively within the organization

**Requirements**

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead by example, including being on the front line with your teams, hands-on in all aspects, and a role model for the organization
  • Domain Expertise: Business domain expertise, such as in Finance or Supply Chain, as well as experience in strategic transformation initiatives (e.g. Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation)
  • Ability to build a compelling value roadmap for the customer
