As a member of our Finance Global Operations team, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team by managing quotes and overseeing all back-office operations linked to our financial solutions.

Your Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the sales and operations teams at TD SYNNEX Capital.
  • Serve as the main contact for all back-office functions related to financial transactions.
  • Occasionally generate quotations as directed by sales team members or vendors.
  • Engage with external clients to ensure clarity and compliance with funding processes.
  • Review financial documents and bank invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare financial documentation and gather necessary information and signatures from clients.
  • Monitor incoming payments and advise the Accounting department on application procedures.
  • Conduct thorough credit reviews for external customers and release orders according to established protocols.
  • Track orders through to completion and secure necessary product serial numbers.
  • Ensure accurate data mapping between sales and financing systems.
  • Facilitate communication between TD SYNNEX Capital and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for both internal and external clients.
  • Assist management in balancing workloads among team members and ensuring adherence to back-office processes.
  • Participate in meetings with financial solutions vendors to address outstanding tasks.
  • Mentor and support the development of team members within Financial Solutions Operations.

Your Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in Financial Solutions or Sales Operations is advantageous.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • High School Diploma is required.

Your Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to execute instructions and seek clarification when necessary.
  • Proficient in using a 10-key calculator quickly and accurately.
  • Strong data entry capabilities.
  • Basic mathematical calculation skills.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Clear communication skills to convey essential information.
  • Skilled in negotiation and promoting ideas effectively.
