As a key member of our Finance Global Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales division by managing quotations and overseeing the back-office functions linked to our financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the sales and operations teams within TD SYNNEX Capital.
  • Serve as the main contact for back-office processes related to financial transactions.
  • Occasionally prepare quotations as directed by sales personnel or vendor requests.
  • Engage with external clients to ensure clarity and compliance with funding processes.
  • Review financial documents and bank invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare necessary financial documentation and gather required information and signatures from clients.
  • Monitor incoming payments and advise the Accounting department on their application.
  • Conduct thorough credit reviews for external customers and release orders based on established criteria.
  • Track orders to completion and secure necessary product serial numbers.
  • Ensure accurate data mapping between sales and financing systems.
  • Facilitate communication between TD SYNNEX Capital and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for both internal and external clients.
  • Assist management in balancing workloads among team members and ensuring adherence to processes.
  • Participate in meetings with financial solutions vendors to discuss outstanding tasks.
  • Mentor and support the development of Financial Solutions Operations team members.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in Financial Solutions or Sales Operations is advantageous.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • High School Diploma is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient in 10-key data entry.
  • Strong data entry and mathematical skills.
