**The Role**

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Energy community, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new customer opportunities and ensuring awareness of market developments and industry evolutions from a technical and customers' viewpoint.
  • Developing customer awareness of our solar products and services through promotion, explanation, and technical support.
  • Networking with key potential Solar players in the territory, including Solar EPC, Solar Developer, Industrial companies, institutions, non-governmental organizations, R&D community, certification agencies, media, local governments, etc.
  • Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities according to the company.
  • Managing new projects from coordination of requirements and contract with the Energy team until finalization of the project and after-sales.
  • Proposing new value propositions to extend and upscale our offering.
  • Working closely with our Solar community Product Management and Marketing teams to establish the best service and product mix.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service.
  • Contributing to the global Energy community with proactive sharing, proposing, and support of international opportunities for other Araymond companies with decision-making in the territory.
  • Ensuring public representation by representing the company alone or accompanied by other employees of the company to industry tradeshows, conferences, solar organizations, and meetings with potential customers or financial partners.

**Internal Actions**

You will also assist the Business Development Manager and solar teams to prepare and compile budgets, facilitate operational requests for financial contributions, and contribute to company strategy updates.
