About the Role

We are seeking a talented and proactive Product Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of a key area in our company's evolution and growth, helping to set the product's solar vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define the solar vision and strategy for our products, creating and managing requirements, prioritizing the backlog accordingly.
  2. Collaborate with other Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure consistency and coordination.
  3. Document functionalities and provide input to implementation decisions to successfully execute the product strategy.
  4. Be the face of the product, communicating results to internal and external stakeholders and users.
  5. Focusing on the product's adoption and the successful realization of product features that solve customers' problems.
  6. Balancing and analyzing multiple sources of information.
  7. Owning key features from discovery to release and usage.
  8. Creating organizational transparency into a product's prioritization and engineering efforts.

About You

We need you to have:

  1. At least 3 years of demonstrable knowledge in the Solar PV energy industry, particularly in the operation, maintenance, management, and/or monitoring of solar assets.
  2. Outstanding communication skills to effectively influence, collaborate, and build a network across DNV.
  3. Experience in digital product management in a software company.
  4. Experience in strategy and vision creation.
