About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our Fulfillment Center Management team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of logistics professionals to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our Fulfillment Centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of logistics professionals to achieve operational excellence
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business results
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
