The Junior Project Manager supports the planning, execution, and completion of cross-functional (technical and commercial) projects in the fin-tech industry, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including international teams spread across different time zones (Europe and Latin America), managing project documentation, and assisting in the resolution of project issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  2. Project Management: Develop, support, and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
  3. Team Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate with project team members to ensure tasks are completed as per the project plan.
  4. Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks.
  5. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to the Project Management team.
  6. Administrative Support: Support project meetings, including taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  7. Change Management: Assist in managing changes to project scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques.
  8. Documentation Management: Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of experience.
  3. Certification: Professional certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is an advantage.
  4. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  5. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  7. Methodologies: Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
  8. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
