Job Title: Marketplace Seller Services and Recruitment Manager

Amazon.Es Marketplace is a dynamic and fast-growing business where millions of customers interact with hundreds of thousands of selling partners, ranging from individuals to large retailers. We are seeking a talented and ambitious leader to join our Marketplace team in Spain as the Manager for Selling Partner Recruitment and Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Account Managers responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and growing our selling partner base across Spain.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business development conversations with top accounts, analyze complex data to identify growth opportunities, and create scalable solutions to help our selling partners succeed.
  • Coach and develop your team to provide world-class support to our selling partners, removing roadblocks, and empowering them to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe to drive EU-wide initiatives and goals.
  • Lead flagship projects at the Spain and/or EU level for developing new programs or products to improve the overall Marketplace, working closely with senior leadership and global teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience, strong commercial acumen, and a talent for building relationships.
  • Passion for developing others, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, and keen eye for spotting opportunities to drive innovation and scale.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
