Job Description

We are seeking an HR Consultant to contribute directly to our company culture. As an HRBP consultant, you will work closely with our Human Resources department to support employee development, employment conditions, recruitment, vitality, and IT processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select new colleagues who fit with our values and corporate culture.
  • Advise team leaders on absenteeism prevention, employee growth, remuneration, and team development.
  • Regularly visit our work centres to ensure a pleasant and sustainable work environment.
  • Reflect on relevant HR issues and communicate them within the organisation.
  • Participate in or lead HR projects.
Requirements
  • A degree in psychology or human resource management.
  • A completed master's degree, preferably in psychology or human resource management.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an HR manager or similar positions.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (level C1).
