Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Rijk Zwaan Ibérica, SA. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in contributing to our company culture and working closely with team leaders to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selection and Onboarding: Identify and select new colleagues who align with our values and corporate culture, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • HR Advisory: Provide expert advice to team leaders on various HR-related matters, including absenteeism prevention, employee growth, remuneration, and team development.
  • Employee Engagement: Regularly visit work centers to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • HR Projects: Participate in or lead HR projects to drive business outcomes and improve our corporate culture.
Requirements
  • A degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  • A completed Master's degree, preferably in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an HR manager or similar positions.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (level C1).
