Key Responsibilities:

  • Selection of new colleagues who align with our values and corporate culture
  • Advising team leaders on various HR-related matters, including absenteeism prevention, employee growth, remuneration, and team development
  • Regular visits to our work centers to ensure a positive work environment
  • Reflecting on relevant HR issues and communicating them effectively within the organization
  • Participating in or leading HR projects to drive organizational development

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an HR manager or in similar positions
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (level C1)
