Create a positive and sustainable work environment for our employees as an Advisor HR. You will be actively involved in supporting colleagues and advising managers.



Responsibilities:


  • Select new colleagues who fit with our values and corporate culture.
  • Advise team leaders on various HR topics, including absenteeism prevention, employee growth, remuneration, and team development.
  • Regularly visit our work centres to ensure a pleasant and sustainable work environment.
  • Reflect on relevant HR issues and communicate them within the organisation.
  • Participate in or lead HR projects to contribute to our corporate culture.


Requirements:


  • A degree in psychology or human resource management.
  • A completed master's degree, preferably in psychology or human resource management.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an HR manager or similar positions.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (level C1).
